These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Badshah Products website (https://badshahproducts.net) and to every order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate name, phone number and delivery address details when you place an order. We may refuse or cancel any order if the details are incomplete or incorrect, or if we suspect misuse of the website.

2. Products and pricing

We try to show product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Product packaging and appearance may vary slightly from the images. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place the order.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD): you pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered. Please keep the full order amount, including the delivery charge, ready at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping

We deliver within Pakistan only. Orders are shipped via courier, and a flat delivery charge of Rs 200 applies to each order. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, replacements, refunds and order cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Taxes

No tax is charged on orders placed through this website. The amount you pay is the product price plus the delivery charge.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badshah Products is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and applies to orders placed after the update.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
